I first caught a glimpse of Collin’s infectious giggle while at his family’s mini session this past fall (HERE). I was thrilled when his mom mentioned that she would want some updated photos around his birthday in February. We were finally able to get together on a *decent* March day. While we spend most of our time indoors, playing cars, running, doing a puzzle, and of course, giggling, we were also able to go outside for a bit. I had such a great time – thank you Heather! Your little boy is so sweet {and handsome}! I can’t wait to chase him around outside this summer.

This fall I got to photograph Carrie’s beautiful family! We got to go to one of my favorite locations here in Hudson, WI. The light was beautiful, the color was beautiful, and of course – Marshall was oh, so handsome! They brought his favorite book and played some of his favorite music on their phone – it was so fun! Some great memories captured for sure!

Well, it’s official. We are packing up this week and heading back to our favorite place on earth…Aberdeen!!! We are excited to see our friends whom we have so dearly missed! We have so many images from Sawyers session which we love (Carrie and I, in case you were wondering about the we part). When her Mama J sent me a photo of her nursery, I went in search of the perfect sweater to make into super cute pants. I totally scored!!! I love this set up, it’s a nice sampling of one set up that we do. Typically in a session we do 3-5 blankets and 1-3 ‘props.’ All carefully planned with the parents on what their favorite stuff is. Can’t wait to share some more of Sawyer with you, but didn’t want to overload you too much on her cuteness!!
